A big turn-out for our first tournament of the new year made for a bumper night of poker at the BiG SLiCK, Purley last night. After some deals were done, Des De Aruajo took the honours along with £1,235 in prize money, a £200 Main Event Ticket and maximum League Twelve points. Glynn Bowen took second spot and also picked up £1,235 in cash. Third-placed Robbie Chandra bagged a nice round £1,000.

Top finishers Tony Mayers and Alan Taylor carved up the prize money at the end of last night's poker tournie - each settling for £415. Kesh Kesavan came third for £210.

John Lane and LOOKIN4DONKS shared the top prize money at the end of Monday's £40 FreezeOut - with both players taking £320 cash and John picking up maximum League Twelve points. Aaron Gordon came third for £130.

Ernis Odi won last Tuesday's El Nino, picking up £1,200 in cash along with maximum League Twelve points and a £200 ticket for our next Main Event scheduled for Friday 5th April when once again the guaranteed prize pool will be a massive £20,000.
Second last night was Eugene Odeney who bagged £700. Jamie Hackshall ran out third for £470.

Desmond De Araujo won Frdiay's poker tournie, picking up £470 in cash, 89080along with maximum League Twelve points. Looking4Donks came second to bag £300. Chris Scott ran out third for £200.

After various deals were done, top finishers Derek Brown and Nick Barot carved up the prize money - each taking £692.50. Third-placed Gary Fluen picked up £300 and fourth-placed Brian Bagwell bagged £250.

Top finishers Daniel Brown and Ahmed Khwanda carved up the prize money at the end of Sunday's £30 Semi-FreezeOut - each settling for £425. Former Club Champion Tony Mayers came third to bag £160.

The top finishers at the end of Monday's HOT100 sgared the prize money - each settling for £1,025 cash. Daniel Brown in third place picked up a handy £500.

A good turnout of members produced a very decent prize pool last night with the top three finishers sharing over a £1,000 in prize money. Winner Luke Tatum took £460, whilst runners-up Kane Power and Kevin Hew each settled for £350 cash.

Ilze Bodneice won Wednesday's poker tournie, picking up £210 in prize money. The Destroyer came second to bag £100. Rootsy ran out third for £45.

Over 90 members poured into the Purley club this Thursday to smash the special guarantee and produce a bumper night of poker action. Winner Jack Page picked up £1,350 in cash, along with maximum league points and a £200 ticket for our next Main Event (Friday 5th Feb) when once again we're putting up a guaranteed prize pool of £20,000.
Second last night was Max Carr who grabbed a nice round grand for his efforts. Suzy G came third and bagged £500.

The top five finishers at the end of Friday's poker tournament shared the prize money with five players each settling for £258.

At the end of another bustling night of poker action at the Purley club, the top four finishers decided upon a carve up of the prize money, sharing £3,000 in cash between them. Chip leader 'The Turtle' claimed overall first place and the £200 ticket for next month's Main Event, along with maximum League Twelve points.

Des De-Aruajo became our latest league leader last night, topping the table with 630pts, but with the lead swapping around a lot recently and given that there's still a long way still to run, it's far too early to predict a winner. It's anyone's guess who will be our new champion and who will be in at the freeroll. The prizes for League Twelve will be announced shortly (we think you're going to like them), and the race is still very much on.

Terry Crowther, Adam Borrer and Steve Chaplin shared the top prize money at the end of Sunday night's semi-freezeout, carving up over a thousand pounds between them.

Winners George Andreas and Tom Craggs shared the prize money at the end of Monday's £40 FreezeOut - each setting for £405 cash. Dreenie came third and picked up £160.

Last night, LOOKIN4DONKS became the latest member to win his ticket for our next Main Event which is scheduled for Friday 5th February when the guaranteed prize pool will be £20,000. Satellites for the £200+£100 Semi-FreezeOut are set for Thursday 28th January and Thursday 4th February - when you can win your seat for just £40.

Rick Floss won last night's £25 FreezeOut, picking up maximum poker league points along with £200 cash. Sean Songhurst came third to bag £100.

Choddu won Thursday's poker tournament, picking up £410 in cash along with maximum League Twelve points. Chris A. Rose came second to bag £300.

Winners Adam Shield, Adam Borrer and Rodolfo Padovani split the top prize money at the end of Friday's poker tournie, sharing between then over a thousand pounds on cash.

After winning Saturday's El Nino £50 FreezeOut, Mike Coombes became the latest to book his seat for February's Main Event which is scheduled for 8.00pm Friday 5th when once again the guaranteed prize pool will be £20,000. Last night, along with the £200 ticket, Mike also picked up £950 in cash and maximum League Twelve points. Runner-up Anon settled for £950, whilst thrid-placed Fusha Vladamir bagged a handy £400.

BiG SLiCK old boy Mark Bunning won Sunday night's poker tournie, picking up a forst prize of £250. Steve Townsend came second fto bag £130. Alastair Watt ran out third for £95.

After the top three finishers Chris A. Rose, Suzanna Gilbert and Faisal Bhatti had carved up the bulk of the prize money, at the end of Monday's Hot 100, Chris took the £200 ticket for next week's Main Event, giving the former winner a shot at that £7,500 first prize.

Vladamir Fusha won Tuesday night's poker tournie, picking up a first prize of £370 and maximum League Twelve points. Tony Toms came second to bag £280. Oran Wellard ran out third for £100.

Top finishers Suzanne Gilbert and Daniel Worker shered the prize money at the end of Wednesday's poker tournament - each settling for £210. Three runners up each took £25 bubble cash.

BiG SLiCK old boy Snowy won Saturday's Super-75 Double-Chance FreezeOut, picking up maximum Vegas League points, £1,000 in cash and a £200 ticket for next Friday's Main Event. Another long-standing member Kirit Patel came second to bag a useful £750. Stephen Hall grabbed thrid spot for £550.
