The last men standing returned Saturday to fight it out for the cash - with eventual winners Neah Fox and Paul Linsion carving up over £11,000 between them. Neah took £6,000; Paul £5,105. Paul Batchelor, (currently in 44th place in the table - ten places above the cut-off) - came second and bagged £220. Garry Fluen (15th) came third for £110. Also amongst the points were Almir Druz (86th); Sami Gad (95th); Billy Chattaway (48th) and Gary Matthews (9th). |

The top four finishers at the end of Friday's £40 FreezeOut carved up the best part of £1,500 in prize money between them with Annie Henson, Daniel Brown and Matt Carter each taking £380 and fourth-placed Barry Harris settling for £330. The 40pts Dan picked up lift him into 49th place in the league and just inside the play-off zone, whilst the 30pts won by Jermey Brown take him to the 36 spot and on target for a shot at the trip for two to Amsterdam and a seat in the Master Classics of Poker. |

Amsterdam Poker League leader Angelo Milioto strengthened his grip on the number one spot at the top of the table, by scoring yet another win at the end of last night's El Nino tournament. 77 Runners runners turned up at the club for the first of this new format, making for a very decent prize pool and some great poker action. In addition to maximum points, Angelo also picked up a handy £850 in cash. Runner-up Sami Gad took £850 in cash along with a Main Event ticket worth £200. 3rd-Placed Ibby Volkan bagged £450. |
